兖州煤与石家庄减压渣油共处理的研究Ⅰ——共处理对煤液化转化率及产物分布的影响 被引量:11

摘要 研究了兖州煤与石家庄减压渣油共处理中反应条件对兖州煤转化及共处理产物分布的影响变化规律 .通过与煤及渣油单独处理结果的比较 ,阐述了共处理中煤与渣油之间的相互作用 ,以及这种相互作用随反应条件的变化规律 .结果表明 ,石蜡基渣油与煤的相互作用取决于渣油的裂解程度 ,当较低温度时 ,渣油裂解程度低 ,而且渣油的存在阻碍了煤和催化剂与氢的接触 ,因此降低了煤的转化率 ;当较高温时 ,渣油裂解明显 ,促进了煤裂解自由基的稳定 ,提高了煤的转化率 . Yanzhou coal was coprocesssed with Shijiazhuang vacuum resid (SVR) in tubing bomb reactors at temperatures of 400 to 450 ℃, for 30 and 120 min under a H 2 pressure of 7 MPa at room temperature. The effects of coprocessing conditions on coal conversions and products distribution were investigated. Interaction between the coal and the resid was studied by comparing the coprocessing results with that of coal and resid under the same conditions. It was found that temperature plays an important role in coprocessing. At temperature of 400 ℃, the pyrolysis of the resid is insignificant, and the presence of resid reduces the contact between H 2 and coal, that decreased coal conversion in coprocessing. At temperature of 450 ℃, the pyrolysis of resid is significant which produces abundant radicals and results in products of high α -H content, this increases coal conversion in coprocessing. Strong synergetic effect between the coal and the resid is found in producing of light products at high temperatures.
