摘要
目的观察龙珠软膏联合派瑞松治疗慢性唇炎临床对照研究。方法慢性唇炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各40例,治疗组龙珠软膏外用,配以派瑞松外用治疗;对照组外用派瑞松治疗。两周1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果两组临床疗效比较,其中治疗组治愈18例,显效13例,有效2例,无效7例,总有效率82.5%,对照组治愈9例,显效10例,有效8例,无效13例,总有效率67.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙珠软膏联合派瑞松外用治疗腺性唇炎的效果明显优于单纯外用派瑞松的治疗效果。
Objective To observe the controlled clinical trial of glandularis cheilitis treated with Longzhu Ointment and Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream.Methods Eighty cases of glandularis cheilitis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each one.In the treatment group,besides Longzhu Ointment,Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream was com-bined.In the control group,Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream was used externally.The treatment of two weeks made one session.Two sessions of treatment were required.Results In comparison of the clinical efficacy between the two groups,1 8 cases were cured,1 3 cases remarkably effective,2 cases effec-tive and 7 cases failed,the total effective rate was 82.5%in the treatment group.In the control group,9 cases were cured,1 0 cases remarkably effective,8 cases effective and 1 3 cases failed,the total effective rate was 67.5%.The efficacy in the treatment group was superior to the control group,indicating the significant differ-ence（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Longzhu Ointment and Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream achieve the remarkable effectiveness on glandularis cheilitis as compared with the simple external application of Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream.
