股骨近端抗旋髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的探讨股骨近端抗旋髓内钉（PFNA-Ⅱ）治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法股骨转子间骨折采用PFNA-Ⅱ治疗。观察手术时间、术中出血量，随访骨折愈合情况，Harris髋功能评分评估其临床效果。结果所有患者术后切口均一期愈合，无深静脉血栓形成。38例患者均获随访，髋关节功能恢复良好。Harris功能评分总优良率达86．8％。结论PFNA-Ⅱ治疗转子间骨折手术操作简单、创伤小，手术时间短，固定可靠，术后恢复快，并发症少，可以早期功能锻炼，是一种治疗转子间骨折的良好方法。
