摘要
对自然散热条件下风电产品中控制器模块的高海拔热性能进行了研究。首先分析了海拔高度对空气特性和风扇性能的影响,并总结归纳了常用高海拔温升评估方法,特别是经验公式计算法和温升系数修正法。以风电变流器中的控制器模块为例,针对高海拔自然散热条件,采用试验测试和热仿真计算的方法,对目前的经验计算公式进行了系数修正,并验证了温升系数修正法的准确性。同时指出在具有准确的仿真模型条件下,热仿真模拟法也是一种有效的计算手段。对自然散热条件下控制器模块的高海拔热性能进行了详尽的研究分析,找到了评估高海拔温升特性的有效方法,也为风电产品在其他散热条件下的高海拔热性能研究提供了参考。
The thermal performance analysis for control-box model of high altitude level at natural cooling condition was presented.Firstly,it begins with an overview of relationship between altitude and air and fan property.It combines some common tools used in temperature rise estimation,including empirical formula and coefficient revision method.The control-box was faused on which used in wind power converter,not only uses CFD modeling,but also experimental measurement techniques,to bring forth the improved empirical formula,and identifies the accuracy of coefficient revision method.Moreover,the CFD modeling is an effective method on the use of precise simulation model was proved.The effective technique for control-box's natural thermal performance of high altitude was achieved.Results from varied design tools are presented and compared,followed by a discussion of method used in future wind power production.
