摘要
地木耳是一种分布在干旱、半干旱地区的重要的固氮原核生物,含有丰富的营养成分,可以食用和入药,且资源丰富。本文对地木耳的形态与资源分布、营养成分,食用价值、医疗保健价值及应用前景进行了探究,提出了地木耳资源开发与可持续利用前景。
The nostoc commune is an important nitrogen - fixing prokaryote in arid and semi - arid regions, it is rich in nutrients, can be edible and medicinal, and is rich in resources. In this paper, its form, distribution, nu-trition, food value and health care value and its prospect are studied, that Nostoc commune resources develop-ment and utilization prospects for sustainable use.
