摘要
高等教育的本质属性在于引导完满人性的建构与发展。人性决定着人在特定社会环境中如何行动。教育是人的教育,是为人的教育。因而,在教育过程中应当注重人性化的理念。借鉴和吸收教育人性化的理念、处理好教育目的的社会本位与个人本位之间的关系,这对我国高等教育的健康持续发展和坚守具有普世价值的高等教育理念具有重要意义。
The essential attribute of higher education is the construction and development of human to perfection. So the concept of humanity should be considered in the educational process. Humanity determines how people act in a particular social environment. Education is about human and is determined by human beings. The concept of humane education and the relationship between the social standard and individual standard for educational purpo- ses are of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of higher education in China, and to the adherence of universal values of higher education.
