急诊手术治疗感染性心内膜炎36例

摘要 目的：探讨急诊手术治疗感染性心内膜炎的疗效。方法：全身麻醉体外循环下对36例感染性心内膜炎患者进行急诊手术治疗，观察疗效及并发症。结果：术后死亡1例，其余35例随访6个月～5年，心功能明显改善，复查超声心动图均未见赘生物再形成，2例主动脉瓣轻度人工瓣周漏，4例二尖瓣轻～中度返流。结论：急诊手术治疗感染性心内膜炎，可以及时挽救患者生命，并发症少，治疗效果满意。
