摘要
【目的】观察平衡针治疗高血压亚急症急性发作的短期临床疗效。【方法】采用随机对照试验,将70例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组采用平衡针治疗,对照组采用卡托普利25 mg即刻舌下含服治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后各时点血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]的变化情况,统计治疗后各时点疗效,并评价其安全性。【结果】(1)治疗15min和30 min后,治疗组SBP、DBP的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗60 min后,2组SBP、DBP的改善作用相当(P>0.05);治疗后120 min后,对照组SBP、DBP的改善作用优于治疗组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗15、30、60、120 min后,治疗组的总有效率分别为77.1%、77.1%、80.0%、65.7%,对照组分别为8.6%、25.7%、88.6%、91.4%。治疗15、30 min后,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗60 min后,治疗组与对照组疗效相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗120 min后,对照组疗效优于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)2组不良反应情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】平衡针降压的短期效果是肯定的,其起效快于卡托普利,初步表明针刺降压穴和舌下含服卡托普利的起效具有时间差,可以在临床上联合使用。
Objective To observe the short-term clinical efficacy of balance acupuncture therapy on acute episodes of hypertensive urgencies. Methods A randomized controlled trial was carried out in 70 patients suffering from acute attack of hypertensive urgencies. The patients were evenly and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with balance acupuncture while those in the control group were given immediately sublingual use of 25 mg of Captopril. Systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） were monitored at different time points, and therapeutic effect and safety were evaluated. Results （1） The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was superior remarkably to that of the control group （P〈0.05） 15 and 30 minutes after treatment. The improvement of SBP and DBP was similar in both groups 60 minutes after treatment （P〉0.05）, and 120 minutes after treatment, the improvement in the treatment group was superior remarkably to that inthe control group （P〈0.05） . （2） The total effective rate was 77.1%, 77.1%, 80.0%, 65.7% in the treatment group, and was 8.6%, 25.7%, 88.6%, 91.4% in the control group 15, 30, 60, 120 minutes after treatment, respectively （P〈0.05） . The therapeutic effect of treatment group was similar to that of the control group 60 minutes after treatment （P〉0.05）, while the therapeutic effect of control group was superior to that of the treatment group 120 minutes after treatment （P〈0.05） . （3） There were no significant differences of adverse effect between the two groups （P〉0.05） Conclusion Balance acupuncture exerts certain short-term clinical efficacy on reducing blood pressure of hypertensive urgencies at acute episode. It starts an effect faster than Captopril, but its clinical efficacy is probably inferior to that of immediately sublingual use of Captopril, indicating that the combination of them will achieve a better effect.
