摘要
目的:探讨情志护理在胫骨平台骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:80例胫骨平台骨折的患者采用随机对照的方法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强中医情志护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:观察组护理后的康复积极性评分显著高于对照组,焦虑评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症、住院时间、骨折愈合时间显著少于对照组,Rasmussen评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:情志护理有利于提高胫骨平台骨折患者术后康复的积极性,促进膝关节功能恢复。
Objective ： To explore the application effect of emotional nursing on patients of tibial plateau fractures. Methods ： 80 cases of tibial plateau were divided into the observation group and the control group by randomized controlled method. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group was strengthened TCM emotional care based on the control group. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results ： The rehabilitation initiative score after nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The anxiety score was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The postoperative complications and hospitalization time of fracture healing in the observation group were sig- nificantly less than that in the control group. The Rasmussen score was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The emotional care is beneficial to improve the rehabilitation initiative of tibial plateau fractures patients and can promote the recovery of knee joint function.
