摘要
通过驯化富集培养 ,从处理焦化废水的活性污泥中分离出 2株萘降解菌WN1、WN2和 1株吡啶降解菌WB1,研究了投加高效菌种及微生物共代谢对焦化废水生物处理的增强作用 ,同时研究了高效菌种和共代谢初级基质组合协同作用的效果。结果表明 ,投加共代谢初级基质、Fe3+和高效菌种均能促进难降解有机物的降解 ,提高焦化废水COD去除率 ,当 3者协同作用时 ,效果最好。
In this work, 2 strains of naphthalene degradable bacteria WN1、WN2 and 1 strain of pyridine degradable bacteria WB1 isolated from activated sludge at a coke plant were reported. The bioaugmentation of the treatment of coke plant wastewater by microbial co metabolism and addition of 3 strains were studied. The synergic action of dominant strains and primary substrates were studied too. Results show that primary substrates,Fe 3+ and dominant strains can increase COD removing rate of coke plant wastewater by activated sludge and the best efficiency obtained from the synergic action of those three types of addition.
