摘要 神经干细胞(neural stem cells,NSCs)存在于中枢神经系统中,能够自我更新并具有多向分化潜能。近年来,NSCs疗法为一些难以治疗的神经系统疾病带来了希望。随着转分化技术的进步,NSCs来源更加广泛,但由于移植治疗对NSCs有很高的要求,其来源是否能满足移植的需要,也尚未明了。目前,NSCs尚未有普遍认可的组织来源,各种NSCs来源都有一定的缺陷,包括实际应用的取材限制、不同来源的功能差异等,NSCs的应用主要集中在非临床研究阶段。本文就NSCs的来源及移植治疗部分神经系统疾病的最新研究进展作一综述。 Neural stem cells existing in central nervous system can self-renew and have muhilineage differentiation potential, of which the application brings hope to nervous system diseases in recent years. There are more extensive neural stem cell source with the development of transdifferentiation technology, however, whether the source meet the need for transplantation is unclear because of the strict requirement for NSCs in clinic. At present, no source of NSCs is popular, and the NSCs from various sources have some disadvantages, such as limitation in material source and difference in function. The application of NSCs is mainly at the stage of non-clinical research. This paper reviews the sources of NSCs as well as their appliation in treatment of partial nervous system diseases.
