摘要
以某汽轮机叶片为研究对象,阐述了反求工程的概念。并且应用三坐标测量机(CMM)结合反求技术对该叶片进行数据采集、数据预处理、自由曲线造型及曲面重构,利用UG软件实现了叶片的复杂曲面设计。最后应用快速成型技术对模型堆积制造,加工出样件。此过程验证了反求技术和快速成型技术在复杂曲面设计中的精确性与实用性,构建的模型有利于形象观察,在很大程度上缩短了产品研发设计及加工周期。
Taking a turbine blade as the research object,the paper expounds the concept of reverse engineering.It focuses on the Three Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) with reverse technology data collection of the blade,the free form curve and surface reconstruction,realizes the blade of complex curved surface design with using UG software.It piles up manufacturing application of Rapid Prototyping system of model,and finally works out samples.This process verifies the reverse technology and rapid prototyping technology in complex surface accuracy and practicality in the design.Building model is beneficial to image observation,to a great extent,shorten the product development design and the processing cycle.
