摘要
校企利益共同体是实现技术本科院校与企业深度合作的创新形式。技术本科校企利益共同体的运行机制包括:共同的愿景、文化的共融、资源的互补、利益的共赢以及制度的保障。校企利益共同体的实现路径包括:校企共建二级学院组织机制、建设同工同酬的技术应用型师资队伍、开发企业需求导向的技术教育课程体系、校企共同创建实践教学基地、产学研战略联盟推进技术创新。
The benefic community of school and enterprise is the innovative mode for realizing deep cooperation of technological undergraduate colleges and enterprises. The operational mechanism of benefit community of schools and enterprise include common will, harmonious culture, complementary resources, dual-win benefits and systematic assurance. The real- ization paths for the benefit community of school and enterprise include： building the organization mechanism of the second level college by school and enterprise, building the applied technological teaching staff, developing the curriculum system of technical education oriented by enterprises＇ demand, constructing practice training base by cooperation of school and enterprise, boosting technological innovation by the strategic alliance of production, teaching and research.
