摘要
本文通过对IMOS平台的监控视频进行分析与处理,并在此基础上通过IMOS平台来操控终端摄像机的控制云台,实现对运动目标的自动跟踪。
This paper analyzed and treated by monitoring the video on the IMOS platform, Through the IMOS platform to control the terminal PTZ camera on this basis, to realize the automatic tracking of moving object.
