肝硬化并发急性肾损伤的危险因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 急性肾损伤(Acute kidney injury,AKI)是肝硬化患者最常见的并发症之一,研究[1]表明肝硬化患者住院期间并发AKI可高达20%,而且,AKI的发生可明显增加其病死率。因此,积极探索肝硬化患者并发AKI的危险因素、降低AKI发生率是临床工作的重要任务。然而,目前尚缺乏这方面的研究。作者以住院治疗的肝硬化患者为观察对象,探讨肝硬化患者并发AKI的危险因素,为临床工作提供参考。报道如下。
