摘要
为了探寻影响阿月浑子种子萌发的最佳因素组合，采用4因素3水平的正交试验设计，以发芽势、发芽指数与活力指数为测定指标，就温度（A）、光照（B）、层积时间（C）、赤霉素浓度（D）等因子对阿月浑子种子活力的影响情况进行了试验研究与综合评价。结果表明：影响阿月浑子种子活力的因素的主次顺序为B〉C〉A〉D，即光照〉层积时间〉温度〉激素浓度；促使阿月浑子种子萌发的最佳处理组合为A，B，C，D，，即全黑暗、层积20d、变温15～25℃、赤霉素浓度为0．1gm，在此条件下，阿月浑子种子发芽势可达46．67％、发芽指数为4．20、活力指数为9．36。
In order to find the optimal combination of factors influencing seed germination in Pistacia vera, using orthogonal test design method with four factors and three levels, the effects of temperature （A）, light （B）, stratification duration （C）, gibberellin concentration （D） on seed vigor in P. vera were researched and comprehensively evaluated. The results show that the primary and secondary order of the factors influencing seed vigor in P. vera is B 〉 C 〉 A 〉 D, that is illumination 〉 stratification time 〉 temperature 〉 hormone concentration. The optimal treatment combination of seed germination in P. vera is A3B3C2D1, they are all dark, stratification for 20 d, variable temperature at 15-25 ℃, gibberellin concentration 0.1 g/L, and the germination potential get to 46.67%, germination index 4.20, vigor index 9.36.
