摘要
目的:评价雾化吸入途径补钾治疗的有效性。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM1978--)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI1994--)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP1989-)、万方数据库、Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验资料(1996-)、MEDLINE(1966-)、EMbase(1974-)。检索时间均为建库至2011年4月。搜集雾化吸入途径与静脉途径补钾治疗补钾效果的随机对照试验,有两位研究者对资料进行提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta分析。结果:筛选中、英文文献及其参考文献。阅读题目、摘要和原文,共纳入RCT文献5篇,对雾化吸入途径和静脉补钾途径补钾治疗补钾前、补钾后30,60,90~120min各时点血清钾值进行Meta分析。补钾治疗后60min静脉组优于雾化吸人组,90—120min两组等效。结论:雾化吸入途径补钾比较温和,起效较慢,可以作为维持治疗、日需量的维持治疗以及配合其他途径补钾治疗。
Objective: To evaluate validity of aerosol inhalation for the treatment of hypopotassaemia. Methods : China biological medical literature database (CBM1978--), china academic journal full-text database (1994--), rIP Journals of chinese scienc (VIP1989--), wanfang database, Cochrane library controlled clinical trial material (1996--), MEDLINE ( 1966--), EMbase(1974--) were searches. Retrieval time are building database to April 2011. The randomized controlled trials of aerosol inhalation and vein for treatment hypokalemia was collected, two researchers extracted material and evaluated quality. Meta analysis were analyzed by RevManS. 1 software. Results : Five RCT articles were selected by selection of China lit- erature, English literature, and its references and reading title abstract and original. The serum potassium of before and after potassium supplement though aerosol inhalation and vein 30,60,90 - 120 rain were analyzed by Meta. After treatment for 60 min potassium vein group is better than the aerosol inhalation group and 90 - 120 min two groups of equivalent. Conclusion:Aerosol inhalation for potassium supplement is more moderate work slowly, can be used as a maintenance treatment, the amount of maintenance treatment and to cooperate with other ways to treat hypokalemia.
