摘要
目的:观察膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜检查清理术治疗膝骨关节炎手术后中医特色护理的效果。方法:70例按随机数字分为两组,治疗组围手术期采用常规护理配合中医特色护理,对照组围手术期采用常规护理,分别在术前、术后半年后采用Barthel指数进行评定。结果:护理6个月,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节骨性关节炎关节镜检查清理术围手术期中医特色护理可巩固关节镜手术效果,促进术后关节功能恢复。
Objective ： To investigate the effect of TCM specialty nursing care after The arthroscopic surgery.Methods ： 70 cases of operation patients were randomLy divided into therapeutic group 35 and controlled group 35.The treatment group were done with TCM specialty nursing care, Another 35 patients of controlled group were just given routine nursing care.After six months after surgery respectively used Barthel index to assess.Results： The score on treatment group was better than the control group and have statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： TCM specialty nursing care has more effectiveness after The arthroscopic surgery, ensure the effect of arthroscopic surgery, and promote the joint function recovery.
