摘要
公伯峡面板堆石坝在蓄水运行以来出现了面板裂缝现象,裂缝发生于面板顶部水位附近,两岸坝段多,中间坝段少,且以纵向裂缝为主,而其他类似大坝面板裂缝大都发生在面板中下部,且多为横向裂缝。公伯峡面板堆石坝地处我国大西北地区,冬季气温低,昼夜温差大。本文分别从结构应力与温度应力的角度,数值分析了公伯峡面板堆石坝面板裂缝产生的原因。计算结果显示,温度应力是造成公伯峡面板堆石坝面板裂缝的主要因素,结构应力是造成裂缝两岸坝段多、中间坝段少的原因,纵向裂缝的发生是由库水位高而变动幅度很小所造成的。
There are slab's cracks on Gongboxia concrete face rockfill dam on the Yellow River. They occur at the top of the panel near the water level with longitudinal cracks dominating, and more cracks occur in the steep dam section than those in the river bed dam section, while other similar panel cracks occur in the lower and middle parts of the panel, most of them transverse cracks. Due to the fact that the Gongboxia CFRD is located in the Northwest China, the temperature is pretty low in winter, and there are huge temperature differences between day and night. From the perspective of structure stress and tempera- ture stress, the reasons which cause slab's cracks of Gongboxia CFRD are numerically analyzed. The re- suits show that the temperature stress is the main reason for slab's cracks on the Gongboxia CFRD, the structure stress leads to more cracks occurred in the steep dam section than those in the river bed dam section, and the occurrence of longitudinal cracks are caused by a little variation in water level.
