摘要
目的：探讨盐酸舍曲林、萘哌地尔分散片和复方利多卡因乳膏联合用药在治疗早泄中的有效性.方法：对51例早泄患者采用口服盐酸舍曲林、萘哌地尔分散片和局部涂抹复方利多卡因乳膏治疗,疗程8～12周.治疗前后,使用CIPE、IELT和双方性满意度进行评估,并进行统计学分析.结果：总有效率66.7％,CIPE评分由治疗前的（18.59±4.21）分至治疗后的（36.29±3.55）分,IELT由治疗前的（0.73±0.40）分至治疗后的（4.40±0.51）分,患者的性生活满意度由治疗前的（2.1±0.4）分至治疗后的（3.9±0.6）分,配偶性生活满意度由治疗前的（2.0±0.6）分至治疗后的（3.6±0.8）分.结论：盐酸舍曲林、萘哌地尔和复方利多卡因乳膏联合用药治疗早泄有较好的疗效.
Objectives： To explore the significance of sertraline hydrochloride combined with naftopidil dispersible tables and compound lidocaine cream in the treatment of premature ejaculation. Method： Fifty - one patients with premature ejaculation were selected and administered with sertraline hydrochloride combined with naftopidil dispersible tables orally and the compound lidocaine cream locally for 8 to 12 weeks. The result was evaluated with CIPE, IELT and sexual activity satisfaction ratings. Results： The overall response rate was 66. 7%. The outcome of CIPE increased from 18.59 ±4. 21 to 36. 29 ±3. 55. The outcome of IELT increased from 0. 73 ±0. 40 to 4. 40±0. 51. The outcome of the patients＇ sexual activity satisfaction changed from 2. 1 ±0. 4 to 3.9±0. 6. The outcome of the patients＇ partners＇ sexual activity satisfaction changed from 2.0± 0. 6 to 3.6±0. 8. Conclusion ： It is efficient to use sertraline hydrochloride combined with naftopidil dispersible tables and compound lidocaine cream in the treatment of the premature ejaculation.
