摘要
传统煤矿技术培训中存在"教"和"学"的不和谐,"学"和"行"的不协调,"学"和"用"的不真实等现状和不足之处,通过研究虚拟现实技术的发展概况,分析虚拟现实技术应用在煤矿技术培训中具有身临其境的仿真性、毫发无损的安全性、熟能生巧的可重复性、难易程度的可调节性等优势,提出通过完善虚拟现实技术煤矿技术培训体系和提升煤矿技术行业从业人员的整体水平来推动虚拟现实技术在煤矿技术培训中的应用水平,从而减少煤矿安全事故的目的。
