摘要
血管腔内技术的飞速发展和进步,使得腔内治疗方法日益成为外周动脉疾病(peripheral arterial disease,PAD)治疗的首选,但其仍然存在一些治疗误区。笔者结合自身实践经验与典型病例就股浅动脉(superficial femoral artery,SFA)腔内治疗指征的误区、腔内治疗技术的误区及腔内技术细节的误区进行分析和总结,供同道讨论和参考,以提高此类疾病的诊治水平。
Objective With the rapid development of endovascular technique, endovascular therapy is gradually be- coming the first choice in treatment of peripheral arterial disease （PAD） , while treatment errors still exist. This paper, which was combined with author＇s experience and typical cases, has summarized and analyzed treatment errors in indications, tech- niques and details of endovascular treatment for superficial femoral artery （SFA） , so as to promote the diagnosis and treatment quality enhancement of this disease.
