摘要
甗形器是华南地区印纹陶文化系统下一类非常有特色的遗物,它的功能与陶甗相同,但底部为釜而非三足器,必须配合支脚或灶方可使用。本文在全面搜集、梳理现有考古资料的基础上,首先通过陶器类型学研究,建立了这类遗物的发展谱系,并初步将其划分为三期,各期年代分别相当于中原地区的早商时期、晚商至西周初期和西周至春秋早期。其后进一步讨论了甗形器的起源与产生机制,指出华南地区印纹陶遗存中的甗形器最早起源于早商时期的赣北—鄱阳湖地区及其邻近地带。并在分期基础上,考察了甗形器分布范围的扩张与收缩变化,总结了各型甗形器的流行地域及传布过程,指出甗形器在传布过程中可能已经越海到达了台湾岛南部地区。最后介绍了现代台湾土著群体用于蒸煮食物的甗形器,并利用民族志资料推定了印纹陶遗存中所见甗形器的用途及使用方式。
Yan-shaped steamer is a unique form in south China impressed pottery culture. Same in function to pottery yah, its lower part is a cauldron without three legs and it is used with a support or on a stove. In this paper, through a typological research, yan-shaped pottery steamers are preliminarily divided into three periods, equivalent to the early Shang, the late Shang to early Western Zhou and the Western Zhou to Spring and Autumn Period respectively. It is pointed out that yan-shaped steamers from south China impressed pottery culture originated in the early Shang in the north Jiangxi and Poyang Lake region and surrounding areas. In a study of their spreading and distribution, it is found that yah-shaped pottery steamers may have reached south Taiwan. Descriptions are given about yan-shaped steamers that modern indigenous people in Taiwan use for cooking. Finally, based on ethnographic documents, the function and usage of yan-shaped steamers in impressed pottery culture have been discussed.
