摘要
目前临床针刺治疗功能性消化不良多从脏腑辨证入手,选穴配穴也多用俞募、原络,往往忽略了经络辨证的重要性与实用性。医者根据经脉所属、所络及循行所过、所系,对相关经络循行路线切按、查压,通过特殊反应点进行循经选穴,配穴治疗,取得良好的疗效。经络辨证作为指导针灸临床的重要理论,具有辨证治疗简洁实用,疗效确切肯定的特点,不论是外的筋肉疾病,还是内的脏腑疾病,均可采用经络辨证治疗,提示临床应重视经络辨证的学习和应用。
The current clinical acupuncture treatment of functional dyspepsia mostly starts from the syndrome differentiation of internal organs with selecting acupoints on Yumu and Yuanluo, in which the importance and practicability of meridian dif- ferentiation are often neglected.According to the collateral circulation of meridians, we can press on associated main and col- lateral channels and line routes. Meridian acupoint selection through special reaction has a good curative effect. Meridian dif- ferentiation, as an important theory for guiding clinical acupuncture and moxibustion, has concise, practical and effective fea- tures for muscle diseases and internal organs diseases. We should attach importance to the study and application of meridian differentiation in clinic.
