摘要
在支撑剂嵌入深度对裂缝导流能力影响实验中,主要研究了裂缝闭合应力对支撑剂嵌入深度的影响和支撑剂嵌入深度对裂缝导流能力的影响。研究发现,支撑剂嵌入深度随着闭合压力的增大而增大,但并不遵循线性关系,当闭合压力大于25 MPa时,嵌入深度与闭合压力呈直线关系。单层铺砂浓度下,裂缝导流能力随嵌入深度的变化非常明显,趋近于线性变化,对压力较为敏感。文中还建立了支撑剂嵌入深度对裂缝导流能力影响的定量计算模型,可以用来预测支撑裂缝的导流能力,对现场压裂有一定的指导意义。
In proppant embed depth effect on fracture diverting capacity experiment,the fracture closure stress on the influence of proppant embedded depth and proppant embedded depth of the influence of fracture flow capacity were studied.The study found that the proppant embed depth increases with the increase of closure pressure,but it does not follow the linear relationship,when closing pressure is greater than 25 MPa,embedded depth and closure pressure relationship is linear.Single sanding concentration,the fracture diverting capacity,along with the change of embedding depth approximating linear change,sensitive to stress.The proppant embed depth quantitative calculation model of the impact of fracture flow capacity was established,which can be used to predict fracture diverting capacity,to field fracturing has certain guiding significance.
