摘要
目的观察京万红软膏用于乳腺癌放射性皮肤损伤的疗效。方法将112例接受放射治疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。对照组常规护理,治疗组除常规护理外,从第1次放疗后开始涂抹京万红软膏。结果对照组发生放射性皮炎49例,发生率87.5%,治疗组31例,发生率55.4%。两组放射性皮炎发生程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组80.4%(45/56)放射性皮炎出现于照射40 Gy以前,治疗组为28.6%(16/56),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在放疗开始时使用京万红软膏保护皮肤,能明显降低乳腺癌患者放射性皮炎的发生率,减轻皮肤损伤程度,推迟急性放射性皮炎的发生时间,对乳腺癌放疗所致皮肤损伤有一定的预防和治疗作用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Jingwanhong ointment in the treatment of radioactive skin injury for breast cancer patients. Methods 112 cases of breast cancer patients receiving radiotherapy were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group,56 patients in each group. Control group was treated with routine care while the treatment group was treated with Jingwanhong ointment from their first radiotherapy besides routine care. Results 49 cases got radioactive dermatitis in the control group, the incidence was 87. 5 %. While in treatment group, 31 cases got radioactive dermatitis and the incidence was 55.4%. The occurrence degree of radioactive dermatitis had significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. 80.4% （45/56） of the patients in control group got radioac- tive dermatitis before they got 40 Gy irradiation, while the incidence was 28.6% in the treatment group （ 16/56 ） , there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Using Jingwanhong ointment to protect the skin at the beginning of the radiotherapy can significantly reduce the incidence of radioactive dermatitis in patients with breast cancer, reduce skin damage, delay the time of acute radioactive dermatitis occurrence,it has a certain role in the prevention and treatment of skin injury caused by radiotherapy for breast cancer patients.
