摘要
目的:提高医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的全程信息化管理水平。方法:基于PIVAS伴侣(MATE)软件,建立我院PIVAS条码管理信息系统并对其应用进行评价。结果与结论:建立的管理信息系统主要功能包括输液单和实库存的管理、基础数据维护和工作量统计,以及药物调配时扫描、出仓核对扫描、病区接收扫描、患者用药前扫描;具体应用表现在可实现医嘱审核自动排定批次、智能医嘱调整、实时动态监控、统计查询等管理功能以及自动得出每名患者合理的抗菌给药方案及营养参数、补液量计算等药学服务功能。其应用后实现了从药品调配到患者用药时移动腕带的全程扫描核对,使PIVAS每个业务环节均实现了全程信息化管理。
OBJECTIVE： To improve the performance of the whole range informative management in pharmacy intravenous ad- mixture services （PIVAS）. METHODS： PIVAS bar code informative management system was established and evaluated application in our hospital based on PIVAS MATE. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The function of informative management system included the management of infusion list and stock, basic data maintenance and workload statistics, scanning when drug dispensing, drugs delivered from godown, ward reception and before medication, which can achieve management function as automatic medical re- corder checking and arrangement, intelligent adjustment of medical order, real-time dynamic monitoring, inquiry, etc. ; pharmaceu- tical care function as rational dosage regimen, nutritional parameters and amount of fluid infusion can be also achieved. The applica- tion of informative management system realize whole range scanning and checking mobile wrist band ranging from dispensing to pa- tient medication to achieve whole range informative management of each link of PIVAS.
