摘要
创新性应用型人才培养体系的构建是电气工程及其自动化、建筑电气与智能化及相关专业开展面向智能建筑和绿色建筑产业进行人才培养改革的重要内容,是提升学生创新和实践能力、突出"强弱电结合、对接执业资格"的建筑电气及智能化应用型人才培养特色的基础和前提。文章分析了建筑电气及智能化创新性应用型人才培养的现状,提出了地方本科院校相关专业建筑电气及智能化方向人才培养目标和培养规格的定位,构建了"科学基础+实践能力+综合素质"融合发展的"1.5+1.5+1"人才培养模式,从课程体系、实践教学体系和素质拓展体系等三个方面系统设计了面向工程应用的人才培养体系。
Building cultivation system of innovative application-oriented talents for intelligent building and green building industries,as an essential and crucial task to improve innovative and practical abilities,and to highlight talent cultivation characteristic,namely,talents' simultaneously knowing well some high and low voltage electrical technologies satisfying their future practicing requirements,takes a key role on some majors like Electrical Engineering and Automation,Building Electricity and Intelligence,and related ones.The paper presented talent cultivation objective and training standard according to an analysis on current cultivation situation of innovative application-oriented talents in building electrical and intelligent technology,building a talent cultivation mode,briefly named as "1.5 + 1.5 + 1" mode,in order to enhance integrative development of scientific foundation,practical ability,and comprehensive quality,The engineering-oriented cultivation system composes of curriculum system,practical teaching system,and quality development system.
