摘要
为了探索格盘套装针插式烟框散叶烘烤设备的烘烤工艺,以散叶插签装烟方式为对照,进行了下、中和上部烟叶的烘烤试验.试验表明,在装烟质量6600~7200kg条件下,格盘套装针插式烟框和散叶插签烘烤2种装烟方式烘烤出来的烟叶外观质量基本相同;烟框的烘烤时间长于散叶插签烘烤8—16h,后期的湿度值高于散叶插签烘烤;使用烟框烘烤时,烤房内的前后部温度差值大于散叶插签烘烤.通过本试验得出了使用格盘套装针插式烟框烘烤烟叶时,在90h之前湿度控制在36.5℃以下,而后期可以缓慢上升温度到41℃左右.
In order to investigate curing technology of grid plate pack'age pin-plugging tobacco loading frame (GPTF) for loading tobacco leaves in the bulk curing barn, the experiments were conducted with loose leaf curing by the nicotine-reducing stick(LCRS) as control employing lower, middle and upper tobacco leaves. The results showed that tobacco leaves cured by GPTF had no difference in the appea- rance of quality with that by LCRS, under the condition of loading 6 600 - 7 200 kg of fresh tobacco leaves. The curing time of GPTF was longer than that of LCRS by 8 and 16 h, but the humidity was higher than that of LCRS at the later stage; the differences of temperature using GPTF was higher than that of LCRS between the front and rear of the barn during the curing process. Through the experiments, we learned that the humidity of GPTF should be Controlled under 36.5 ℃ before 90 h and in- creased to about 41 ℃ slowly in the later period during the curing process.
