摘要
[目的]观察超声药物透入联合抬高患肢、冰敷治疗踝关节骨折术后肿痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组30例抬高患肢、冰敷等对症治疗。治疗组30例NAVA-01LD型超声电导仪+止痛散(苏木、路路通、花椒、透骨草、伸筋草、木通、荆芥各20g,木瓜、木香、川芎、独活、红花各15g,冰片、制川乌、制草乌、细辛、薄荷脑各10g,大黄25g)为耦合剂,30min/次,2次/d;对症治疗同对照组。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、疼痛积分、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效19例,有效8例,好转3例,无效0例,总有效率90.00%。对照组显效11例,有效14例,好转5例,无效0例,总有效率83.40%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。疼痛积分改善治疗组治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]超声药物透入联合抬高患肢、冰敷治疗踝关节骨折术后肿痛疗效满意。
[ Objective ] To observe the drug phonophoresis combined with raising the affected limb and ice compress in the treatment of ankle joint fracture postoperative pain and swelling effect. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled methods, 60 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The control group of 30 cases by raising the affected limb, ice and other symptomatic treatment. The treatment group of 30 cases by using NAVA-01LD type ultrasound conductivity meter and Zhitong powder （ hematoxylin, Sweetgum Fruit, peppertree pricklyash, tuberculate speranskia herb, Lycopodii herb, Akebia, Nepeta 20g for each, papaya, Radix Aucklandiae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, angelica, safflower, 15g for each, borneol, Radix Aconiti Preparata, prepared kusnezoff Monkshood Root, asarum, menthol 10g for each, rhubarb 25g ）for the coupling agent, 30min/, 2 times/d; symptomatic treatments are the same as the control group. 3 consecutive days of treatment for 1 courses. Observed the clinical symptoms, pain scores, adverse reactions. To judge the curative effect after 4 consecutive courses of treatment. [ Results ] In the treatment group, 19 cases had a significant effect, 8 cases were effective, 3 cases were improved, 0 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency is 90%. In the control group , 11 cases had a remarkable effect, 14 cases were effective, 5 cases were improved, 0 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency is 83.40%. The curative effect in treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . The pain scores improved in the treatment group better than the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Drug phonophoresis combined with raising the affected limb and ice compress in the treatment of postoperative pain and swelling of ankle joint fracture had a satisfactory effect.
