摘要
目的了解某医学院大学生对艾滋病相关知识的认知、态度和获取途径,为在大学生中开展艾滋病健康教育活动提供科学合理的依据。方法自行设计艾滋病调查问卷,采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,对某医学院在读1 335名大学生进行匿名调查,调查数据应用SPSS14.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果艾滋病基本知识和传播途径的认知水平高年级高于低年级医学生,差异有统计学意义;对艾滋病感到紧张恐惧和认同婚前同居行为两项的认知率,高年级与低年级医学生比较差异有统计学意义;互联网、教师和纸质媒体是医学生获取艾滋病知识的主要途径;其获取知识途径高年级与低年级医学生比较,差异有统计学意义。结论不同年级的医学生对艾滋病认知、态度和获取途径等方面均存在差异,应结合具体情况,制定合适的艾滋病宣传教育措施,以培养他们正确的性观念和生活方式。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the awareness, attitude and access of AIDS related knowledge among students in a medical college so as to provide scientific and rational basis for AIDS health education activities among them. METHODS By means of a self-designed questionnaire on AIDS, an anonymous survey was conducted among 1335 registered medical college students by stratified cluster and random sampling method, and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS14. 0 software. RESULTS On the level of the basic knowledge and the routes of transmission on AIDS, high and low grade medical students knew distinctly for half of the questions with statistical significance; the difference in the fear of AIDS or awareness rate of cohabitation before marriage between the high grade students and the low grade students was significant. The AIDS knowledge of medical students primarily came from internet, teachers, and print media, as compared with the approaches of acquiring the knowledge, the difference between the high grade students and the low grade students was signili cant. CONCLUSION There are differences in the awareness, attitude, and access of AIDS related knowledge among different grades of medical students. It is necessary to formulate appropriate measures for propaganda of A1DS by cornbining specific condition so as to cultivate their correct sexual attitude and lifestyle.
