摘要
社会稳定风险分析是一项政策性强、涉及面广、敏感度较高的工作。本文结合水利工程建设项目的自身特点,对项目建设及运行可能产生的社会稳定风险因素进行识别,针对风险发生的可能性及影响程度,提出防范和化解风险的方案措施,为水利工程建设项目的社会稳定风险分析及促进社会和谐稳定提供借鉴。
Social stability risk analysis is a strong policy covers a wide range ,high sensitivity work.In this pa-per,water conservancy construction project with its own characteristics,and risk factors for social stability pro-ject construction and operation possible are identified;for the possibility of risk occurrence and degree of im-pact;it proposed risk prevention and mitigation program for water conservancy construction projects risk analy-sis and social stability and promote reference for social harmony and stability.
