摘要
宋教仁的政党思想是十分丰富的,但其最为重点强调和阐明的有:政党的地位是政治之中心势力;政党形成的条件在于庞大之结合力与有系统有条理真确不破之政见;政党制度是责任内阁制下的两党制。宋教仁的政党思想也有许多积极意义:拨开了社会专制云雾,开启了中国进行政党政治运行的大门;在一定程度上有效的阻止了袁世凯帝制复辟的进程,启迪了民智,使政党思想开始融入民众之中。
Song Jiaoren’s political party thought is very abundant,which highlights that the party status is the central power of politics, the conditions for its formation are the enormous combing power and the systematic political views, political party system is the two-party system under the cabinet system. Song Jiaoren ’s political party thought has positive significance, which unveils the social tyranny ,starts the party politics in China, prevent Yuan Shikai from restoration of a dethroned monarch effectively to some extent, and enlighten the people and make the thoughts of the party politics prevail among the people.
