摘要
目的:观察同伴教育运用于防治乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。试验组予以同伴教育干预,对照组予以普通健康教育干预,3个月为1个疗程。结果:试验组有效率为86.0%,对照组有效率为58.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后焦虑指数、治疗依从性及生存质量中生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域及总评分改善显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组治疗后1 a内的复发率为6%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:同伴教育可以改善患者焦虑状态,提高其治疗依从性、生存质量,降低复发率,对乳腺增生病有较好疗效。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the companion education in the prevention and cure of cyclomastopathy. Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,50 cases in each group. The test group was given com- panion health education intervention and the control group was given general health education intervention,3 months as one treatment course, 1 year as one observation period. Results:The effective power was 86.0% in test group and 58.0% in control group. Compared the effective power of two groups, the difference had statistical significance( P 〈 0. 051 ). The improvement of anxiety index, therapeutics compliance, life quality include psychological field, social relations field and the total score in test group were significantly better than that in the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). The 1 year recurrence rate was 6% in the intervention group after treatment,which was significant- ly superior than the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:Companion education can improve patients' anxiety state, their treatment compliance,life quality, and can reduce the relapse rate as well as a good effect on the female cyclomastopathy.
