摘要
试验研究了垃圾焚烧炉渣用作路面基层凝固剂的初终凝时间随配方变化规律和对道路基层的适用性。结果表明:缓凝型专用凝固剂替代水泥可用于水泥稳定碎石基层;常规型专用凝固剂可用于大掺量炉渣集料的碎石基层。在工程应用中优化了采用炉渣凝固剂稳定的级配碎石路面基层材料的配合比,制定出相应的加工、施工及检验的方案与要求。
The experiment about the change regulation of beginning and final setting time with formula change by using waste incineration slag as coagulant and its applicability for road base was carried out.The results showed that retarded type curing agent replacing cement can be used in the cement stabilized gravel base.Conventional type curing agent can be used for large quantity of slag aggregate macadam base.The mixture ratio of slag as the coagulant in the materials of grading macadam base was optimized in the engineering application.The corresponding plan and requirements of processing,construction and inspection were put forward.
