摘要
研究了白炭黑分别与3种不同牌号的炭黑并用对溶聚丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶(SSBR/BR)复合材料硫化特性、力学性能、压缩生热、耐切割性能、耐磨性能、抗湿滑性能以及动态力学性能等的影响。结果表明,白炭黑与炭黑并用后,胶料的焦烧时间缩短,填料网络结构增强,生热和滚动阻力升高,力学性能提高,玻璃化转变温度降低,耐切割性能和抗湿滑性能下降;随着并用炭黑粒径的增大,胶料的焦烧时间缩短,生热和滚动阻力降低,耐磨性能和抗湿滑性能下降。
Influences of silica/carbon black combination on curing characteristics, mechanical properties, heat build up, cutting resistance, abrasive resistance, wet skid resist anee and dynamic mechanical properties of solution polymer ized styrenebutadiene rubber/butadiene rubber (SSBR/BR) composites were studied. The results showed that with silica/ carbon black combination, the scorch time was shortened and the network structure of fillers was enhanced. Heat buildup and rolling resistance increased and mechanical properties ofthe SSBR/BR composites improved. Glass transition tempera ture, cutting resistance and wet skid resistance decreased. With the increase of the particle size of carbon black, the scorch time shortened and heat buildup and rolling resistance reduced. Abrasive resistance and wet skip resistance de creased.
