摘要
本文试验方法是在原有热电偶测温法的基础上进行了适当改进,对连续油管打底焊热循环进行试验测量。试验结果表明,该方法能够有效避免测量时,对中系统、水冷铜块、焊接机头对热电偶的影响,测量温度准确,温度能够和组织对应,解决了热电偶易被电弧熔断、测量位置受限制、测量不方便等问题。通过对管壁不同位置的热循环测量,得到部分热循环参数,验证了焊接热积累效应及起、灭弧处二次电弧作用,为连续油管热循环测定及焊接工艺制定提供了参考。
The test method in the thermocouple temperature measurement was improved on the basis of original method and the backing weld thermal cycle of coiled tubing was measured. The experiment results show that the method can effectively avoidthe influence of the centre system, water-cooled copper block, welding head of thermocouple. The temperature is accurate and fits to the microstmcture, the problems of thermocouple melted by arc can be solved, the measuring position was restricted and measure conveniently. By measuring the thermal cycle in the wall at different positions, some thermal cycle parameters can be gotten and the welding heat accumulation effect ,sendary arc action in the up and put out position can be verified. A method for the determination of coiled tubing heat cycle and welding process was referenced.
