摘要
为了提高热加工生产线温度控制精度和抗干扰性能,设计了温度控制系统的算法。在对系统固有特性分析的基础上,围绕热加工生产线温度对象大时滞特性这个控制难点,研究了用于大时滞特性对象控制的基于规则的智能控制算法,设计了智能PI控制算法,实现了对热加工生产线温度的满意控制。
In order to improve the temperature control precision and anti-jamming performance of hot working production line, an algorithm of temperature control system was designed. Based on the analysis on the characteristics of the system, the temperature object large time delay characteristics of the control points in hot working production line was used to study the intelligent control algorithm based on the rules of large time-delay characteristics, the intelligent PI control algorithm was designed to realize temperature satisfactory control of hot working production line.
