摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,外来人口对于城市发展的意义愈发凸显。就业作为民生之本,既是人类发展权的现实写照,更是外来人口的希望所在和奋斗的着眼点。通过里克特量表对杭州市外来人口的就业满意度进行测量,并采用因子分析的统计方法进行计算得出相关结论,在此基础上从外部法律环境、政策制度、社会公平、社会组织、个体学习能力等方面提出了相应的政策建议,以期提升外来人口的劳动就业满意度。
With the rapid development of urbanization ,the floating population trends to play an im-portant role in urban development .Employment is vital to people’s livelihood .And it’s not only the vivid description of the human right to development ,but also the hope and struggle point of the floating population .T his paper uses the Richter scale to measure the job satisfaction of floating population in Hangzhou ,and uses the statistical method of factor analysis to calculate the statistics and draw s rele-vant conclusions .Based on these ,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations from several perspectives ,such as external legal environment ,policy system ,social justice ,social or-ganizations and individual learning ability to promote the employment satisfaction of floating popula-tio n .
