摘要
分析了影响MB系列智能PLC监控系统可靠性的主要因素,并就MB系列智能PLC的电源系统冗余、控制器冗余、控制输出回路设计、系统接地及软件编程等多个方面,提出了一些可行的方法和措施,从而使MB系列智能PLC监控系统的可靠性得到进一步的提高。
The main factors which influenee the reliability of MB series intelligent PLC supervisory and control system are analyzed, and some feasible methods and measures are proposed to power supply system redundant, eontroller redundant, output eontrol eireuit design, system grounding and software programming of MB series intelligent PLC. These designs further improve the reliability of MB series intelligent PLC supervisory and eontrol system.
