摘要
当直流接地极单极运行且附近埋设有金属管道时,会有部分地电流通过埋地金属管道散流,造成金属管道的电化腐蚀。首先从理论上分析了接地极附近埋地管道的腐蚀原理,得出了管道上的电位分布会影响管道的腐蚀程度。然后,通过建立模型,仿真分析了接地极型式、管道的埋设深度及土层电阻率对埋地金属管道上电位分布的影响。最后,总结了上述三个因素对金属管道腐蚀程度的影响规律。
When the HVDC grounding electrode operates in single pole status and there is buried metal pipeline lie around the elec- trode, there will be some grounding current flow through the buried metal pipe, which will cause the electro corrosion of the metal pipe. At first, the corrosion principle of the metal pipe which is lie around the grounding electrode is analyzed in this paper. The result that the potential distribution of the pipe will influence the corrosion degree of the metal pipe is obtained. And then simulation analysis is adopted for the influence on potential distribution of the pipe by the type of grounding electrode, laying depth, and soil resistivi- ty. At last, the rules between the three factors that mentioned above and corrosion degree of the metal pipe is summarized.
