摘要
签章在传统公文中具有重要作用。目前,单位的管理结构是在一个系统中下属管理很多个相对独立的单位,而现在的对印章进行集中控制,统一管理的签章服务器模式已经不能满足现有签章需求了,并且该制章方式实行按章个数计费成本巨大。本文提出了一种签章系统分级管理方式,即对于非顶级签章系统由上级签章系统制作颁发管理印章,顶级签章系统只对该系统管理的普通用户和下级签章系统进行发章管理。本文不仅实现了一个保证公文完整性,不可篡改性,盖章身份不可否认性的签章系统,还实现了对系统中签章服务器的分级管理。这样的实现方式一改以往对印章的集中控制,统一管理的方式,大大的减轻了顶级服务器的管理负担,提高了印章制作颁发效率,同时降低了制章成本,更保证了印章管理的有效性。
Signature plays an important role in the traditional documents system .Generally , a manage-ment structure consists of a number of relatively independent subordinate units in the system .However , unified management of signature server mode have already can ’ t meet the demand of current signature seals for centralized control at present .So this paper puts forward a hierarchical management mode of signature system , i.e.for the non -top signature server managed and chaptered by superior server , while the top server only manage and chapter to the ordinary users of the server and lower signature . This paper not only implements a guaranteed the integrity , do not tamper with nature , and seal of non-repudiation with the signature system , but also realize the hierarchical management of signature server . This implementation take advantage over the former way in which we centralized control and unified management seals to lighten the burden of part management servers , improve the efficiency of the en-graving issue , and ensure the effectiveness of the seal management .
