ABVS结合手持探头超声在诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤中的价值研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨自动乳腺全容积成像(ABVS)结合手持探头超声(HHUS)在诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤中的应用价值。方法选取2012年7月至2013年7月在平顶山市第一人民医院接受手术治疗或穿刺活检、并经病理证实为乳腺恶性肿瘤患者151例,均给予ABVS和HHuS检查,依据BI.RADS进行最终分级评估,观察两者相结合的临床诊断效果。结果151例患者共154个乳腺恶性病灶中,ABVS诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤132例(132/154,85.71%),检出率高;ABVS结合手持探头超声诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤147例(147/154,95.45%),高于ABVS诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤。结论ABVS具有较高的临床应用价值。将其冠状面“汇聚”征和微钙化与HHUS图像特征相结合诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤有更高的参考价值。
