摘要
目的探讨早期肠内营养(EN)支持对重症监护病房(ICU)患者的疗效。方法对ICU 122例患者EN支持前后的营养指标及免疫指标变化进行统计分析。结果 EN支持后,观察组各营养指标水平均高于支持前(P<0.05);观察组CD3+、CD4+淋巴细胞亚群水平以及CD4+/CD8+比值均高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者IgG、IgA、IgM的浓度均高于支持前(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养支持在改善ICU患者的营养状况、提高患者免疫功能方面有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition impact (EN) to support the intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Methods EN support before and after the ICU 122 patients with nutritional indicators and immune parameters were statistical analyzed. Results After EN supports the observation group of nutrition indicators were higher than supporters of former (P 〈0.05); observation group CD3+, CD4+ lymphocyte subsets and CD4+/CD8+ ratio were higher than before treatment and control group (P 〈0.05); IgG, IgA, IgM concentrations of patieuts in group observation were higher than the supporters of former (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Great value in improving the nutritional status and improve immune function of early enteral nutrition in ICU patients.
