研究生与本科生应对方式与大五人格关系 被引量:7

The Relationship between Coping Styles and Big Five Personality of Postgraduates and Undergraduates

摘要 目的探讨本科生与研究生应对方式与大五人格的关系。方法采用应对方式问卷和大五人格量表中文简化版对184名研究生和343名本科生进行测查。结果本科生与研究生在应对方式的使用上没有显著差异,两群体都更多地使用解决问题和求助的应对方式;本科生的外向性、开放性和尽责性得分显著高于研究生(t=-2.099,-2.391,-2.478;P<0.05);研究生与本科生应对方式与人格特质的相关同中有异;外倾性、开放性都能预测两群体的成熟应对方式,本科成熟应对方式还受神经质影响。结论研究生与本科生大五人格特质存在差异,研究生成熟防御机制受人格因素影响更大。 Objective To explore the relationship between coping styles and Big Five personality of postgraduates and undergradu- ates. Methods A total of 184 postgraduates and 343 undergraduates were surveyed by using coping style questionnaire and Big Five per- sonality questionnaire( NEO - FFI). Results There was no significant difference between undergraduates and postgraduates on the cop- ing styles (P 〉 0.05 ), both of the tWO groups applied mature coping styles more frequently;Undergraduates scored higher on openness, ex- traversion and conscientiousness (.t = -2. 099,-2. 391,-2. 478, P 〈 0.05 ), both similarities and differences were existed on the correlations between coping styles and Big five of two groups, both extraversion and openness could predict mature coping, mature coping styles of un- dergraduates was influenced by nervousness. Conclusion There are differences between the Big Five personality of postgraduates and undergraduates. The mature coping styles of postgraduates is influenced by personalities.
