摘要
目的:观察菌栀黄颗粒联合布拉酵母茼治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法:回顾性调查100例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿,其中对照组50例采用常规治疗,治疗组50例在常规治疗的基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒1 g,po,tid,布拉酵母菌250 mg,po,qd。结果:治疗后两组患儿的血清总胆红素和经皮测胆红素均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组显效率和总有效率分别为46%和96%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,加用茵栀黄颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效较好。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang granules combined with Saecharomyees boulardii in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods： According to the different treatment methods in the treatment group attd the control group, each group was randomly selected 40 medical records of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. The control group was undertaken the con- ventional therapy, and the treatment group was received the conventional therapy combined with Yinzhihuang granules l g each time, 3 times a day and Saccharomyces boulardii 250mg , once a day. The pathogenetic condition and the daily levels of serum total bilirubin were recorded. Results： Set-am total bilirubin and transcutaneous bilirubin in the two gr,,ups were significantly decreased after the treat- ment（P 〈0.05）, while the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious（P 〈 0.05 ）. The obvious efiective rate and the total ef- fective rate in the treatment group were 46% and 96% , respectively, while in the control group, they were only 12% and 80% , respectively. The obvious effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than those in the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Yinzhihuang granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is significant, which can be used as one of the effective methods in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
