摘要
融合教育改变了普通教育教师所处的环境及工作任务,对教师的素质提出了更高的要求。免费师范生是未来基础教育教师队伍的生力军,其职前特殊教育能力的培养是顺应融合教育发展对教师特殊教育能力诉求的重要途径。本文基于融合教育的视角,系统探讨了普通教育教师特殊教育能力的结构和内涵,从培养目标、培养方式、课程设置方面初步构建了免费师范生特殊教育能力培养体系,并提出从转变教师教育者观念、完善教师资格认定体系、加强多学科跨专业合作等方面提供支持保障。
Inclusive education changes the environment and tasks for general education teachers, placing higher demands on their professional quality. Tuition-free normal university students will be a new force in the fu- ture contingent of basic education teachers, and the cultivation of their abilities in special education caters to the needs for the development of inclusive education. This study, from a perspective of inclusive education, probes into the structure and basic contents of general education teachers' abilities in special education, builds a system for cultivating tuition-free normal university students' abilities in special education in terms of the objective of cultivation, the methods of cultivation and the design of curriculum, and proposes that new support should be giv- en in changing teacher educators' concepts, improving the teacher qualification system, and strengthening multi- disciplinary collaboration.
