摘要
目的探讨如何建立基于临床路径的医疗设备配置方法。方法以北京市某三级甲等综合医院为例,根据其院内临床路径和该院年度临床路径实施情况统计数据,通过对临床路径进行分析,试用文献回顾、专家评议和权重判断等方法,对其所涉及的医疗设备进行重要性评价。结果得到现行临床路径所需的各类常规医疗设备的权重系数,再结合临床路径实施情况和设备工作能力,估算出各类设备基于临床路径的理论配置数量。结论探寻符合当前医改要求的医疗设备配置方法,具有重大的经济和社会价值。
Objective To discuss clinical pathway-based configuration method of medical devices. Methods Taking a general hospital with class-A, level-3 in Beijing as example, this paper got statistical data of implementation based on clinical pathway, and evaluated importance of relevant medical devices by analysis methods including literature review, professional appraisal and weight judgment. Results This research obtained the weight coefficient of all conventional medical devices needed in clinical pathway, and estimated theoretical numbers of these devices combined with the implementation of clinical pathway and the capacity of devices. Gonclusion Appropriate configuration method for medical devices has great economic and social value in present-day society.
