摘要
在现有升降机结构基础上,设计出一种用于上料的整体移动叉式液压升降机,对升降机的结构进行介绍,为提高升降机的疲劳强度和寿命,对升降机各层剪叉臂进行受力分析。在此基础上,利用Ansys软件对剪叉机构进行了简化和有限元分析,确定了剪叉臂应力的薄弱点,并对其优化设计,为液压升降机的设计提供参考。
A bodily moving forked-type hydraulic lift for feeding is designed based on the existing lift structures.The paper introduces the lift structure,with force analysis for various layers of scissors arms of the lift to improve its fatigue strength and life service.Based on this,simplification and finite element analysis are performed for the scissors fork with Ansys to determine its weak stress spots,and then optimal design is performed,which can provide reference for designing the hydraulic lifts.
