摘要
对 12 6例脑血栓形成患者用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶 (Svate - 3)治疗 ,探讨了用药前后头发微量元素锌、铜、铁的变化。结果表明 ,用药后人体内Zn含量高于用药前 ,且有显著性差异 (P<0 0 1)。Zn/Cu比值降低。
cases of cerebral thrombosis were treated by Svate-3 and the pro-treatmental changes of trace elements including zinc, copper and iron from the patients hair were studied. The results indicated that the content of zinc in hair after medication was higher than that before medication. The difference was significant( P< 0 01)and Zn/Cu ratio also decreased.
